Rivervale Barn - Emma & Tom
Emma & Tom’s late summer wedding at Rivervale Barn wasn’t my first visit, but it was my favourite. These guys were just so much fun to work with. Lovely people having a cracking day, under perfect blue skies, with a sparkler departure to cap things off. What’s not to love?!
Emma & Tom’s entire wedding took place at Rivervale Barn. I really enjoyed shooting in the Bridal Prep room at Rivervale Barn. It has great light and interesting mirrors and inevitably this means a happy photographer. One of the real upsides to a single location wedding like this is just how much time it gives you back to hang out with your family and friends. No hours lost getting from A-B, more time to enjoy being with your guests. As anyone who has been married will attest, weddings race past and a little extra time is always welcome.
It was also lovely to work alongside some of my favourite wedding pros. Hannah Berry Flowers always delivers the goods, but seeing her gorgeous bridal bouquets and creative venue floristry never gets old. Rivervale Barn looked stunning; milk churns in the ceremony room, wild flowers in cute jars for the dining tables, everything looked immense. Hannah and her team are basically guaranteed floral excellence and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Farnham Sound and Light were also looking after Emma and Tom at Rivervale. I work with these guys so often that I’m fairly convinced they’re following me! Ollie & George who own Farnham S&L are brilliant guys and incredibly hard working. They can be relied on 100% to do a great job and are always still smiling even at the end of a long day.
